Ben and Peter have a complicated relationship. When Ben Reilly was created, he was given all of Peter Parker’s memories and was left to believe he was the original person. After later coming to terms with his clone status, Ben eventually became a hero of his own, called the “Scarlet Spider.” However, after his tragic death, Ben returned many years later with new villainous intent.

Now burning with hatred towards Peter Parker, Ben became hellbent on destroying his brother so that he could become the only version of Peter. In his increased madness, Ben accidentally fell into a pool of mysterious spectral chemicals that have given Ben, now going by the name “Chasm,” the ability to wield light as physical constructs. The chemicals have also altered Chasm’s Spider-Sense, which can now proactively sense dangers before they happen. Of , Ben does not possess the same genetic degeneration fault that clones like Kaine do.

Before Ben Reilly, Kaine Parker was the first clone created from

. Like his brothers, Kaine has nearly identical powers to Peter Parker but with some notable exceptions. Much like Tobey Maguire’s version of Spidey, Kaine can produce biological webbing from specialized glands in his body. However, the strength of his webbing is directly proportional to Kaine’s overall health.

Mayday Parker is from an alternate reality that diverged from Earth-616 following the Clone Saga. In the original event, Green Goblin kidnapped and later killed Peter Parker and Mary-Jane Watson’s newborn baby. However, in this timeline, the Goblin failed, and the baby Mayday remained with her family. Soon after, Peter retired from hero work to take care of his family.

Years later, Mayday’s powers developed, and she soon debuted as Spider-Girl. Her journey into heroism even inspired Peter to don the suit again. Wishing to find purpose in her life, the woman who would become Itsy Bitsy had sold her body to be used in the experiments of the villain Patient Zero. Injected with the genetic

samples of Spider-Man and Deadpool
, Itsy Bitsy’s body rapidly morphed to handle her potent new powers. Her body turned a sickly blue, grew two extra sets of arms, and could produce her own bio-webbing. Itsy Bitsy also possesses Deadpool’s healing factor, making her highly resistant to any lethal force.

Additionally, she can drool acidic spit from her mouth. But most terrifyingly, Itsy Bitsy secretes a powerful pheromone that seems to only affect Spider-Man. When affected, Peter is sent into a wild and uncontrollable rage. Despite supposedly having been destroyed at an atomic level, Itsy Bitsy survived the near-lethal encounter in the form of a single spider.

In her reality, May had instead been bitten by the radioactive spider instead of Peter, and donned a spandex suit to fight crime. To keep her husband and nephew safe, Spider-Ma’am joined the Spider-Army and their wars against the Inheritors.

Despite her old age, Spider-Ma’am can swing around with the best of them as she hosts an identical spread of spider powers as the rest of her fellow Spider-Totems. Currently, this variant of Aunt May lives a pleasant life alongside her universe’s Uncle Ben and Peter Parker while still fighting crime in her home dimension.

The alternate-timeline son of Ben Reilly and Hallows’ Eve, Reilly Tyne went into foster care after the death of his parents. When his father’s spider powers manifested, so too did the genetic degeneration failure that ravaged most of Spider-Man’s other clones.
