Veah and Sunny met on a dating app. Sunny fell for Veah’s colorful hair, but her pictures did make him think Veah was a catfish. Veah admitted that Sunny had trust issues but still lied to him about how Veah was taking her ex-boyfriend Rory to South Africa with her. Sunny’s trust was shattered, but he got engaged to Veah in the finale.

Veah seemed to have access to Sunny’s Snapchat login details from where she had retrieved the video and messages between the mystery woman and Sunny. Veah wants fans to tell her why she would steal from someone she was giving money to. Veah had previously mentioned that Sunny bought the engagement ring he gave her from Veah’s own money.

Veah had been sick with a brain tumor before she went to South Africa but never spoke on camera about it. Veah says that the bills took a toll on her and the lawyer fees could be the least that Sunny could have helped her with.
