As America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders returns for another season on Netflix, cast members Kelli Finglass and Judy Trammell speak out about the squad wanting a pay increase and whether they agreed with the demand.
Kelli and Judy spoke with Decider about Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders season 2. During the discussion, the topic of the pay increase was brought up, and Kelli revealed her thoughts on the situation. She exclaimed that she was “very proud” of the squad. The organization needs to “make sure they feel valued,” she said, adding, “We needed to have a discussion at the right time when we could make changes, and that has happened now.” With the changes in place, the squad is happy, and Kellie is “happy for them” because she wants to ensure the team is “productive and feel[s] valued.”
