Alfred Thomas Highmore, affectionately known as Freddie, is now at the age of 32. He was born on February 14, 1992, in Camden Town, London, England.
Freddie grew up alongside his younger brother, Albert. His mother, Sue Latimer, worked as a talent agent, which exposed Freddie to the entertainment industry from a young age.
Highmore‘s early education took place at The Brookland Junior and Infant school in Hampstead Garden Suburb near Golders Green in the London Borough of Barnet until the age of 11, after which he received a scholarship to attend Highgate School, an independent school in Highgate, London.

In 2001, he portrayed a young King Arthur in the TNT miniseries The Mists of Avalon and also appeared in the BBC miniseries Happy Birthday Shakespeare as a young boy dreaming of moving his family to Stratford-upon-Avon.
