All Properties In Schedule 1

Schedule 1 gives you two types of properties to purchase, each serving a different purpose. First, you can buy properties, which are locations that you can use to produce and pack items that you’ll sell. Second, you can buy a series of businesses that allow you to launder the money you earn from illegal methods, bypassing the deposit cap on the ATM.

You’ll inevitably need to purchase at least a few properties, but you’ll likely end up purchasing all the available properties in the game right now, considering you run out of space quickly as you unlock more items. Each business has a limit on how much money you can launder in a 24-hour period, and the properties have limits on how many employees you can have at that location. Therefore, it’s good to know this information beforehand and plan accordingly.

The Motel Room And Sweatshop Start Your Journey

These Locations Are Too Small To Use Long Term

The first properties available to you are the motel and the Sweatshop. Both of these properties are unique, because they’re the only ones you have to purchase with cash instead of your card at Ray’s Real Estate. On top of that, you have to go to the owner of these properties to purchase the location. It isn’t much, but it lets you get a start in this new town, building up a customer base and income that will help you expand to larger locations.

Best Recipes & Mixes In Schedule 1

As you unlock more equipment and features in Schedule 1, you’re able to create more mixes. If you want to make money fast, mixes are the way to go.

You’ll have enough money for the motel to buy the room from visiting the dead drops that Uncle Nelson directs you to. You’ll be given Room #1 and have enough space to start growing a couple of plants. This location can be used as storage later, since you’ll unlock a dealer in Schedule 1 in the room next door, and having the storage lets you resupply him easily.

You will get a quest to purchase the room above the Chinese restaurant Fat Dragon. In your employee management and delivery options, this location is called the Sweatshop. It’s located around a number of popular customer meet-up points, which makes it convenient when you’re starting to build your business. However, it costs $800 in cash, purchased by knocking on the restaurant’s door and saying you want the room.

You Can Fit Employees In The Bungalow

Your First Real Expansion

The bungalow is the cheapest property you can buy from Ray’s Real Estate, costing you $6,000. Your work starts getting more manageable at this point, as this location has a loading bay, meaning you can order deliveries from stores instead of running there and purchasing supplies yourself.

The bungalow can accommodate up to five employees, which could be a good starting point for your empire.

Unfortunately, the limited space of this location makes it challenging to fit five people in it, since you need to provide a bed for each employee. As a result, you want to keep saving money to purchase more properties.

The Barn Takes Business Up A Notch

You Have Space And Employees

Schedule 1 Barn

Your next purchase will likely be the barn, which costs $25,000. However, you open up a lot of space for operations and storage, and you have two loading bays here to allow deliveries from multiple stores. On top of that, you can hire up to 10 employees for this location, which means that you won’t need to do nearly as much work anymore. Once you reach this point, your operations become quite streamlined, and you start to feel like you aren’t constantly running out of products.

Your Last Property Is The Warehouse

The Largest Property Available For Now

Schedule 1 Docks Warehouse

The Docks Warehouse costs you $50,000, which is a fair chunk of money. However, you get so much space from it. Like the barn, it has an employee limit of 10 and two loading bays, but it doesn’t have running water. Because of this, you’ll need to purchase Pot Sprinklers if you want to grow plants at this site, a necessary step to automate your farm in Schedule 1. Otherwise, you can use it to produce crystals and store your plants in other locations instead.

Every New Addition In Schedule 1’s New April 2025 Update

The Schedule 1 beta gives you a sneak peak at what to expect with the upcoming update, allowing you to familiarize yourself with new decor and shops.

With that, you have all the properties. Along the way, you’ll likely purchase businesses between your property purchases. Once you have the warehouse, you own all the properties you can, but it’s possible that more properties could be added in the future since the game is currently in Early Access and receiving regular updates. While it’s already a fun way to sink hours of your free time, there are a lot of locations that remain inaccessible in Schedule 1 that would be great to see opened to players.
