Crunchyroll has unveiled the first trailer for Magic Maker: Isekai Mahou no Tsukurikata, giving the world a glimpse into its enchanting new Isekai anime series set to premiere in January 2025. Based on Kazuki Kaburagi’s popular light novel series, Magic Maker follows the story of Shion, a reincarnated young noble who embarks on a journey to learn magic in a world where it is virtually unknown. The trailer offers a look at Studio Deen’s animation style, highlighting a mix of whimsical and dramatic scenes as Shion and his adventurous sister, Marie, set out on their journey.
Magic Maker: Isekai Mahou no Tsukurikata is directed by Kazuomi Koga, of Rent-a-Girlfriend fame, and boasts a lineup of seasoned vocal talent. Voiced by Hunter X Hunter‘s Megumi Han, Shion is described as a studious and shy character who loved magic in his past life, and is now driven by his deep-seated curiosity and fascination with magical studies. As Crunchyroll prepares for the January premiere, fans are eagerly anticipating the blend of adventure, magic, and rich storytelling that Kaburagi’s series is known for.
