Webtoon is ready to introduce a new iteration of Godzilla. Last February, IDW Publishing promised a new era of Godzilla was set to arrive as a slew of new comics in their release schedule were ready to expand the Kaiju’s multiverse. As of this writing, Godzilla and Godzilla: Escape the Deadzone are set to arrive in the summer, while Starship Godzilla is coming in October, all under the IDW label.
Now, the official Godzilla website confirms that starting on April 25, IDW Publishing will begin posting select stories of Godzilla: Unnatural Disasters on Webtoon. The critically acclaimed anthology series originally released in 2021, but Webtoon will be revisiting and uploading a select few tales that will be reformatted specifically for reading by scrolling on the platform’s website and mobile app for iOS and Android.
