Love Island USA Season 7: Everything We Know

Love Island USA season 6 concluded on July 21, 2024, and since the installment was successful, Love Island USA season 7 got the green-light. As Love Island USA continues with its current season, bringing the singles in the villa together, in the hopes of finding love and making strong connections, it’s time to talk about what the next season of the series will bring. After Love Island USA season 6 brought in some of the biggest viewership numbers that the show has ever seen, there’s plenty to look forward to.

Love Island USA has had a rocky roll-out over the years. A version of the series that began in the UK, Love Island USA takes all the conventions of Love Island UK and brings them to another level. Having originally aired on CBS, Love Island USA spent its first three seasons on network TV before moving over to Peacock. Bringing the show to streaming allows for a more accessible viewing experience for the show, giving the audience a chance to change the way they interact with the show.

Although Love Island USA season 7 wasn’t confirmed until May 6, 2025, it always seemed like the show would return for another summer fling. Love Island USA season 6 moved along with its brand-new host, Vanderpump Rules star Ariana Madix, and the installment was better than any other season of the show. With viewership doubling from the year before’s Love Island USA season 5, the most recent installment has been a major success. That led many to believe that another season would be coming to the streaming platform. While there will be differences, another season is on its way.

Is Love Island USA Season 7 Confirmed?

Love Island USA season 7 is a certainty, as it was confirmed by Peacock in early May 2025. Love Island USA season 6 wasn’t confirmed until months after the previous season, and it took months after that before Love Island USA season 7 was confirmed. The series has been bringing new viewers into the mix, along with some long-time viewers of the show who may have taken breaks from watching the series in previous seasons. Love Island USA season 6 pulled major numbers, making it clear that the formula behind the show works well.

According to the official press release:

LOVE ISLAND USA premieres exclusively on Peacock beginning Tuesday, June 3 at 6pm PT/9pm ET with new episodes every day – except Wednesdays.

So, as of this writing, there’s less than a month to wait before all the drama spikes onscreen. In the meantime, fans may anticipate. Love Island USA can be diverting – there are typically a lot of episodes, giving viewers a chance to really immerse themselves in the action. The ups and downs of cast members, and the competition element, provide plenty of emotional fireworks.

While it feels like things change about Love Island USA from season to season, the one thing that’s stayed the same since the first season of the show aired on Peacock in 2022 is the location. Though some of the earlier seasons of Love Island USA moved around, the Love Island villa in beautiful Fiji has been the filming location for the last several seasons. In the upcoming season of Love Island USA, Love Island USA will still be set in Fiji, as per an official press release shared with ScreenRant.

Love Island USA Season 7 Trailer

In the official Love Island USA season 7 trailer, via Peacock on YouTube, Ariana sits with a fortune-teller who shares some exciting and juicy facts about the upcoming installment. He conjures up some magic in a crystal ball, and Ariana stares into the glass sphere, seeing “bombshells” galore.

In a funny twist, the fortune-teller takes off his shirt, getting flirty with Tom Sandoval’s ex, who really deserves a little fun after her ex’s betrayal.

Ariana probably loved hosting this installment, as it’s got a lighter, fizzier vibe than her last Vanderpump Rules season, where her searing heartbreak was the focus. Now, Ariana can watch other people play the game of love, win or lose. Instead of feeling it all, she can help viewers to understand what they’re seeing. However, since she’s a compassionate woman, it’s a safe bet that she’s going to have a lot of empathy for cast members who don’t find true love on the series.

Iain Stirling will narrate the series – thank goodness. He’s a witty addition to the proceedings, adding some cheeky asides, some of which are bound to be laugh-out-loud funny. Overall, there are enough familiar elements to make the show comfortable to watch, and enough novelty to keep things interesting.

Love Island USA Season 7 Potential Cast

The cast will be a surprise, and that’s a good thing. As singles arrive at the villa, ready for spicy Casa Amor nights and sun-soaked (and possibly tear-soaked) days, it’s fun to check them out. There are always a few stunning cast members whose jaw-dropping beauty or handsomeness makes them irresistible to potential love interests, whether they’re technically bombshells or not. It’s not knowing who’s going to walk in that keeps viewers on their toes. There’s also Beyond the Villa to look forward to, as per Peacock at Instagram.

Beyond The Villa is a spin-off featuring cast members from the series’ sixth installment as they experience life’s peaks and valleys in Hollywood, California. Yes, the franchise is expanding, and bringing viewers along for the ride. It’s clear that the new season is going to be a barn-burner, and with a spin-off slated to air this summer, there’s so much fun on the horizon.
