Hugh Jackman and Bryan Cranston’s upcoming action comedy is reportedly being delayed. Titled Three Bags Full: A Sheep Detective Movie, the Kyle Balda-directed project was previously scheduled to hit the theaters on February 20, 2026. The plot follows George Hardy (Jackman) as a shepherd who would read his sheep murder mystery stories at night, unaware that they could understand him, and when George was murdered, the sheep decided to solve his murder when the case landed in the hands of an inexperienced local cop.
According to Deadline, the release date of Three Bags Full: A Sheep Detective Movie has been moved to November 2026. Amazon MGM Studios reportedly shifted the movie’s scheduled slot for February next year to a pre-Thanksgiving release date to pull in more families.
