It quickly becomes apparent to both groups that something is amiss, and it is soon revealed that the gods of trickery, Apate and Dolos, are behind the murder.
While the four heroes, with the help of the Amazons, ultimately triumph over the gods, it’s the deepening friendship between Wonder Woman, Batman, Superman, and Robin that truly stands out.
