The Simpsons season 36 has set its winter premiere date along with other Fox shows. Fox has been the host network of The Simpsons ever since it originated as a short on The Tracy Ullman Show in 1987. It then became its own independent show on December 17, 1989. Now, The Simpsons is the longest-running animated series in America, having been on air for almost four decades. The Simpsons season 36 premiered on September 29, 2024, and is currently in mid-season break after airing its twelth episode on December 29.
As per Deadline, The Simpsons has now gotten a premiere date at Fox. The Simpsons season 36 will continue on Sunday, March 30.
