Welcome To Plathville star Micah Plath and his girlfriend Veronica Peters are sharing new details about the next step in their relationship. In Welcome To Plathville season 6, former playboy Micah introduced fans to the fact that he had a serious girlfriend, with whom he had been with for a year. Veronica was identified to be Micah’s girlfriend, although she refrained from being on camera until a few episodes in, citing camera-shyness. The pair are now appearing on camera a lot, and in the next Welcome To Plathville episode, they will take their status to the next level.
In a preview clip for a scene that will air this week, TLC couple Micah and Veronica are filmed at a jewelry store, specifically looking at rings. As the store associate slides the ring with a big rock on Veronica’s finger, Veronica looks to Micah for his opinion. The preview then cuts to an interview outside the store between Micah and Veronica where Veronica talks about their future marriage plans.
“We haven’t seriously talked about getting married. We definitely have joked around about it like we’d randomly get marrie, just show up. I don’t know if that’s my style being a type A.”

In the sneak peek, Micah takes a picture of the two rings Veronica liked, and then a private interview about Micah’s musings on marrying Veronica is shown.
“Ever since I moved in with Veronica I think in both of our minds, even with it unsaid, marriage is on the table. but to be honest I’m not quite ready to ya know put a ring on it.”
Micah talked about possibly being too young for such a commitment but left viewers with the thought, “at the same time you’re never one hundred percent ready for anything.”Micah and Veronica have seemed totally different from one another since viewers were introduced to them. As fans have seen them interact, they have not liked the pair together and don’t think they are well-matched. They have come off as awkward, and lacking chemistry, and Micah as well as his friend Will, have commented on the fights the pair get into that indicate they are not good communicators. In the comments of the preview clip, Welcome to Plathville viewers shared their thoughts.
“I wouldn’t say too young but I don’t think this is the right person for him.”

They Put Pressure On Themselves
23-year-old Micah and 24-year-old Veronica seem to be going full steam ahead with their relationship. Veronica did not seem to be taking ring shopping lightly, and she and Micah have made the seriousness of their connection well-known in Welcome to Plathville season 6.
They are both thinking about marriage, although Micah seems hesitant to make the commitment, and has mentioned watching how his brother Ethan Plath and parents, Bary and Kim’s marriage failings have affected him.
Micah and Veronica are likely not taking the engagement plunge yet, but the heat is definitely on.
