Season 2 of Arcane, the popular animated series set in the League of Legends Universe, is set to be released this month on Netflix to the excitement of its many fans. Arcane season 1 primarily followed its main characters, sisters Powder (later known as Jinx) and Violet, as they become involved in the conflict between the wealth and power of the city Piltover versus its counterpart, Zaun.

The trailer for season 2 as well as hints provided by the show’s creators, Christian Linke and Alex Yee, have already teased some major plot points for the season and the characters’ arcs. Continuing one major development that began in Arcane season 1, season 2’s trailer shows that the relationship between Jinx and Vi will further deteriorate in the battle between Piltover and Zaun.
