Her worst heartbreak was the passing of the sweet and gentle poet, Caleb Willingham, who called her his “sunflower.” Her ex-husband was an angelic man who treated her like a queen, bringing her little gifts that probably made her feel like a storybook princess. Sadly, he could not overcome his addiction to food.

Tammy has. Some people find joy in making things, such as art. Others are focused on their families. Some get pleasure from being in group situations. What’s important is self-understanding – it’s about really figuring out oneself and using one’s time to maximize happiness.

What’s sparked this sense of gentleness and this reverence for life is physical freedom. For so long, Tammy couldn’t move easily. She couldn’t enjoy the world the way that other people did. She was disabled due to weight gain.

Tammy’s one of the lucky ones – thanks to surgery, she’s been released from what probably felt like a life sentence. In the future, she may become even more fit. It’s only natural that Tammy feels more powerful, and sees the magic in life. It’s all around her. There’s no way she can go on as she used to. Change is happening whether she tries to make it happen or not. So, allowing herself to change is the best thing she can do. Trolls may try to slow down the process, but her evolution is guaranteed. Tammy, “proud of herself” in the Instagram post above, could barely walk, and now she dances.

Tammy should date even if things don’t work out. She should immerse herself in life, trying new things. However, she shouldn’t deny herself the comforts that she currently enjoys. While she’s like a different human being, she was always a performer. Tammy is someone that people like to watch. She has star quality.

With or without a partner, Tammy will have that. It’s her talent, and it’s hers alone. Since no one can take it away, she should feel free to experiment with life. She can always find her center again if she’s thrown off balance.

Tammy is a star, and she’s now using her platform to inspire other people – it seems like she really wants to help them.
